" Brian has done wonders with Dakota by pulling her shoes and keeping a natural
hoof on her. She is doing better than ever in her barrel racing. He (Brian) is the best shoer I have ever had, wouldn't
trade him in for anyone else."
Linda, Canyon Country, CA
" Gus wouldn't be walking as well as he does today if
it weren't for Brian. When Gus first got hurt Brian was there within a few hours. Couldn't ask for better service.
Thank you! Lynda,
Lake Hughes, CA
" Thank God we found him.
Brian is always professional and friendly and on time (or he calls). I have total faith in his ability to keep my horses sound
and for sure you can't say that about many farriers."
Glynis, Palmdale, CA
" He (Brian) is great! Can't
say enough about him. He's very professional and informative."
Linda,
Castaic, CA
"Brian is professional, knowledgable
and obviously dedicated to providing horses and their owners with excellence in technique and customer service."
Judy,
Santa Clarita, CA
"Brian
is very knowledgable, competent and well versed. I really appreciate him caring for my donkey, especially making two trips!
He is a very fine "Irish" young man! Thank you Brian.
Joy, Sylmar, CA
" Brian always arrives on time and is very thorough and professional.
He always takes time to look at each horse individually and explain things to the owners."
Dina, Palmdale, CA
"Brian is a great guy. He's not only knowledgable but he's
friendly and funny. He responded quickly when my baby pulled up lame and he fixed him quickly. He's very caring and takes
time to make not only the horses but the client calm down. I'm really happy with Brian."
Merrilee, Lancaster, CA
"He's done a great job!
Deborah, Lancaster, CA
"Brian is the best! He is patient
and kind, even to my difficult mini's who have been missfed and mistreated in their past homes. Brian is a good guy. You
can "shoot the breeze" with him but when it's business, it's business. If you are truly interested in your
horse and his care, that comes first and is what is most important. Brian's people skills are good too. The best thing
about Brian is that he answers your questions with complete answers and makes sure you understand completely, not just "yes"
or "no" answers as I have gotten from others. This is a very physical job- back breaking to say the least and in
the cold or hot weather. Brian should maybe think about opening/owning a school for his trade in the future. As long as people
own horses, there will be a need for farriers, but how many have Brian's caring, informational, teaching the owners
to work as a team for the animal attitude!?! That is an attitude that is either taught, learned or a God given gift and this
I beleive he can instill in others through teaching. Until then I will be selfish and call on him for our horses "soundness"
and "happy to see him and not scared regimen" because what Brian does is so much more than a "trim". Thank
you Brian!"
Wendy,
Juniper Hills, CA
"Honest,
Reliable and Extremely Competant; everything I look for in a farrier but seldom find.
Heather, Sylmar, CA
"I like Brian's demeanor around my potentially skiddish horse. She doesn't
seem nervous or distraught around him like she has with some other shoers. I appreciate very much his being here when I expect
him and that he calls me if he's going to be delayed. He's very dependable which is very rare in shoers."
Gail, Palmdale, CA
"Brian, I think you are great! Your fast and personable."
Lindy, Agua Dulce, CA
" Brian is a great guy who really
knows his stuff. Brian is a great professional person with a great attitude. Brian is on time and ready to work. I am
very satisfied with his work that he does on my horse. Thank you again!"
Brittany, Santa Clarita, CA

looking VERY good!"

"We love Brian- if he ever becomes homeless we'll adopt him. If he ever leaves
us, we'll kidnap him."
Jill,

"I am VERY satisfied with his work."
Phil, Leona Valley, CA
"I refer everyone to Brian. After 6 years of shoeing my horse,
he has never once lost a shoe or taken a bad step. I think Brian is amazing. He is knowledgeable, helpful and always
guiding the horse owner in the right direction. I can not say enough good things about Brian and his work."
Samantha,Shadow Hills,CA
"I will never, ever move away from this valley because
I will never trust anyone else to shoe my horses period! My horse (age 11) was given a "5 year-usefulness" period
before she would become unrideable due to lameness. Brian has her going sound as a bell & completely normal, with prognosis
for a normal span of usefullness. It means the world to me & he did it in just the normal course of business!"
Mollie, Quartz Hill, CA
"I have had many farriers over the years, all of which
I knew weren't very good and then a friend recommended Brian. He is very professional! This shows in his work, you can
look at your horses feet and see the education and quality. I truly appreciate that Brian does everything he can to educate
himself and stay current on trimming and shoeing procedures."
Tammy, Palmdale, CA
"God sent Brian to me. I met him at Life Savers horse rescue. At that time
I thought there was nothing to be done for Encore but make him comfortable. Since Brian has been shoeing him- he is off Bute
and I have riden him & ponied him as often as possible. The first time my vet saw him we had to give him pain shots just
to get him to the house to x-ray his feet. December 2nd will be the 4th shoeing. Dr. Hilton is SO impressed with what Brian
has done for Encore. Encore will be 22 in February 07'.
Lynn, Llano,CA
"Brian has been amazing! He has been very patient with me and my horses.
He answers all of my questions (and there is ALOT!) very directly and honestly. Besides that we just like him and enjoy having
him around."
Layla, Lancaster, CA
"He is great! Gentle with my horses not like other farriers I have had in
the past. Great Job! I will keep Brian as long as he keeps being a farrier!"
Private,
Santa Clarita, CA
"I've
owned horses all my life and in many different parts of the country and, I have to say, Brian has been the absolute best I've
come across. I have not had a good farrier for several months prior to finding Brian so I had questions and concerns about
the condition of my mare's hooves. He made sure I truly understood the answers before he left that first day. Getting
healthy hooves doesn't happen overnight, but thanks to Brian my mare's hooves are now looking great!"
Elaine, Mojave, CA
"Outstanding.
Very helpful and informative."
Jose,
Palmdale, CA
"I believe he is intuitive, likes his work, is enthusiastic about his work
and learning new skills needed for his occupation. Brian is happy to answer client's questions and tries to educate horse
owners with basic guidelines in order to keep the horses fit and as a preventative aid in equine health care."
Mark,
San Angelo,TX
"I cannot thank Brian enough for all his hard work on the rescue horses
I confront him with. Brian has taken heart with our family in helping us save what have been deemed "un-savable".
I totally trust his assessments of the situations presented and his holistic (and therefore affordable) approach to them.
Just ask him about Big Red.
We enjoy Brian's "old school"
approach- hard work, dedication, and a relentless pursuit for more knowledge. Any one who will show up at an event at 6:30
a.m. to shoe a horse so my daughter can do her first flag run as a "Little Miss", fix a crack at 7:30 p.m. the night
before a 4-H event or the last gymkhana, (etc.) is a keeper in our family.
When
he comes to our home, he not only does great work on the horses, but he takes the time to educate all of us to the why, the
how, and what to do next. The kids love when he comes because he is their teacher, and their horses' healer and farrier."
The
Kaye Family, Leona Valley,CA
"Brian rates an 'excellent'
in all categories. He has been my farrier for over four years. My horse had chronic problems with weak hooves and Brian has
been able to improve his condition tremendously. It used to be common for Vision (my horse) to lose shoes and big chunks of
hoof with it. With Brian's care and knowledge, Vision has not lost a shoe in nearly 2 years and his feet continue to improve.
Brian is always on-time for his appointments. The rare times he might run late, he will always keep me well informed. His
appointment service is also excellent. Thank you, Brian, for all that you have been able to accomplish with Vision!"
Cyndy, Lake Hughes, CA
" It's a much more effective
service for our horses than we have ever had in 10 years. Brian and what he brings to the farrier service is certainly unusual
and superior."
Marlene, Palmdale, CA
" So reliable. I always had trouble with other farriers keeping appointments. I finally found a good farrier!
Valerie, Granada Hills, CA
" Brian is always gentle but firm with my horses. He lets me know a bit before he arrives so I can catch the
horses. P.S. Carla is great!"
Pat,
Lancaster, CA
" Brian
has done a good job with the technical portion of our hoofcare. I very much appreciate the call backs and appointment service
as well as the fact he shows up when & where promised, this was not the case with the past farriers. My trail horse is
"moving out" a lot better since Brian has started trimming."
Private, Lancaster, CA
" Excellent service and Brian is very knowledgable. Great job!"
Barb, Lancaster, CA
" Brian
is prompt in his arrival unlike most farriers. Brian recognized in a few minutes what had taken us days to see. Sandi, the
mare was just full of fear as Brian said, "scared out of her mind". Brian showed so much patience in handling this
animal and also gave a lot of breed information to us about the Appaloosa horse."
Linda, Leona Valley, CA
" Brian is taking my 17 year old Hanovarian mare from "off" to sound and we are so happy with
his work! Thank you!"
Marilyn, Palmdale, CA
" Brian saved this horses life!
We were thinking he needed to be sold, given away or something worse. He was continually lame. Brian took time, patience and
understanding with me and explained everything he was doing and this horse is progressing nicely. As I was filling this out
he threw a shoe, Brian wasen't due out until the 19th. I called Carla and she got a hold of Brian and he agreed to come
out the 8th. Unbelievable! I thought "Jerry" would be down for two weeks. I am extremely happy and I am amazed that
I was lucky enough to find such great services. There is no better service in my opinion! Kirsten, Brian, Carla and Esco give
the BEST service I have ever had in the horse business! Thank you again! Excellent +++!"
Kelly, Alta Loma, CA
" Outstanding!"
Terry, Lancaster, CA
" He (Brian) worked really well with my horse. She had a bad farrier experience before
we met Brian and he fixed her feet. They looked awesome!"
