Farrier Services, Inc. will act with integrity, honesty and openness in our relationship with you. We will arrive ready
to work at the appointed time. We will notify you immediately if we are unavoidably detained. We will call the day before
to remind you of your appointment. We will return phone calls in a timely manner and at the most within 24 hours. We will
share current information that will help you better care for your horse. We will discuss options and fees for therapeutic
work in advance. We will refer you to another equine professional, if we believe it will be in your horse’s best interest.
We will treat you and your horse with respect. If working on your horse becomes unsafe for the horse, or us, we will advise
you of options before proceeding. We will do our best to meet and exceed your expectations, as we believe you are the sole
judge of our performance.
